Welcome

The Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, & Private Equity Group (EVP) and the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship are delighted to welcome you to the 10th annual Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Conference.

The Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Conference (EVC) is a student-run conference coordinated by the Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, and Private Equity student group and the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. The purpose of the EVC is to bring together successful entrepreneurs and seasoned venture capitalists to share ideas and advice, foster creativity, and encourage the entrepreneurially minded Chicago Booth student in a day-long conference setting.

For more information about this year’s keynote speakers and panelists, please go to the keynote speakers and panelists pages.

The Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Conference, along with the Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company Private Equity Conference, Glencoe Capital Venture Capital Investment Competition, and the Edward L. Kaplan New Venture Challenge, complements the innovative courses, research, and guidance expertly provided by exceptional Chicago Booth faculty in entrepreneurship, venture capital, and private equity.

Please visit the EVC 2008 Materials and Media page to access the EVC program booklet and recordings of our keynote addresses.
